Welcome onboard to the housing revolution. We are entering a changing housing market. With a declining dollar, asset inflation, and the cost of owning a home through the roof, we are witnessing a shift of the American Dream. More Americans own their home than anytime in the past. However this comes at a very high cost. We are also witnessing the largest credit deficits ever. Mortgage equity withdrawals, credit card debt, have all fed into the beast which is the American economy.

Working couples are now having a harder time purchasing a single family residential home without putting a massive strain on their monthly income. Recent stats show that many middle-class couples are leaving high priced areas such as California and New York. The blog world has been echoing these sentiments for years. The mainstream media is finally catching up.The upcoming housing revolution will not be televised. The NAR is one of the largest contributing political action committees to both parties.

The mainstream media will rather show car chases than the extinction of the American Dream.
